COVID-19 Update
There is an inherent risk when playing sports/activities, but not limited to bumps, bruises, etc. Diseases can spread by congregating and playing any sport/activity together. Please use caution and make sure your child has their own water bottle. Your child's health and safety is our #1 concern.
Registration Options
- Register for future programs by clicking here.
- Fill out the blank registration form that can be downloaded from the download section at the bottom of this page. Drop off the registration form at the Grafton Parks & Recreation Office at 715 West 5th Street. Office is open Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. The registration form can also be mailed with payment to:

*Credit card processing fees will be charged to all credit card transactions at an average of 3.1%.
Program updates will sent out via e-mail to all participants' emails under their RecDesk user profile.
