You can rent elmwood for $25.00/hr

Elmwood was built in 1985 by C.A.M. Spencer, the state's 2nd attorney general. The house features fine art glass & birdseye maple & oak woodwork. Elmwood boasts a one -of-a-kind carved staircase. In the middle of the 20th century, Luther and Mary Nancy Williamson, owners of one of ND's last independent milk companies, bought Elmwood and had it registered in the National Register of Historic Places. In1986 Williamsons donated the property to the ND Parks and Rec Dept. Grafton Parks and Recreation acquired Elmwood in 2007. 

By appointment only. Call the office at 701-352-1842 for information on how to make an appointment. Situated on 20 acres, on an oxbow of the Park River in NE Grafton, Elmwood makes a beautiful Event Center. 

We rent out Elmwood for $25.00/hr (as of October 2022) and we also have some specialty rates for Graduations, Weddings, etc. starting at $200 per day.

Day before set up, and day after tear down is available at a rate or $25.00 per hour (May 2023).
